MSCS Board of Education halts layoffs until superintendent presents personnel plan
The Memphis-Shelby County Schools Board of Education voted 8-1 for Superintendent Marie Feagins to suspend layoffs as MSCS employees filled the MSCS auditorium, as well as overflow areas, at the specially called meeting.
