The Missouri State Highway Patrol reported that the man was driving a Ford F-150 on Highway 136 when it ran off the roadway and hit a tree. He was pronounced dead on the scene by the Scotland County Coroner at 12:40 a.m. and transported to Gerth Funeral Home in Memphis.
