MEMPHIS, Tenn. — A man is facing charges after a shooting in north Shelby County left a woman dead and two others injured Wednesday night.

The Shelby County Sheriff's Office (SCSO) said the shooting happened April 3 around 8:15 p.m. in the 5300 block of Plover Drive in Northaven.

A woman was taken to Regional One Health in critical condition and a man in non-critical condition. Another man had minor injuries. Deputies also detained one person and said they believed the shooting was a domestic situation.

On April 4, SCSO said the woman — 22-year-old Daja Halliburton — died at the hospital, and detectives arrested 21-year-old Isaiah Agnew, charging him with second-degree murder, aggravated assault/reckless, tampering with evidence and violation of bond conditions.
