Memphis Man Charged with Assault and Drug Offenses After Evading Authorities
Lorenzo Clark was arrested on charges including Aggravated Assault and drug offenses after evading police for two days. Loren Clark, 29-year-old man accused of aggravated assault and drug offenses following a violent domestic altercation that reportedly occurred just two days before. The Memphis Police Department's Fugitive Unit and local law enforcement partners identified Clark as the suspect after receiving a call about an assault from his boyfriend, identified as Clark. They managed to locate Clark's location at the 3200 block of Cypress Road and a subsequent search revealed additional illicit materials, including weapons, ammunition, a digital scale, and marijuana. Additional charges have been filed against Clark, including possession of a controlled substance with intent to manufacture, deliver, or sell marijuana, and possession of firearms during the commission of a dangerous felony.
