The festival also includes a chance to learn about plans for the new Whitehaven Public Health Clinic, which will be built on the festival site. Dr. Bruce Randolph, Interim Shelby County Director and Health Officer, said the festival was a chance of celebrating the community and informing residents of plans for a new public health clinic in Whitehaven.
